Meet Gregory Emanuel.
Faith, family, music, and a commitment to keep growing.
I'm Gregory Emanuel. You may also know me as Sanctifyd Preacha.
I've served in ministry, led a congregation, worked with young people, and participated in community outreach. I'm also a husband and father whose growth continues at home.
My journey has included changes in responsibility, location, and direction. Through those changes, my faith in God has remained central to my life.
Where my faith began
A calling that started early.
I was born in Landstuhl, Germany. I gave my life to Christ in June 1992 and accepted my call to ministry in August 1999.
In the years that followed, I learned through preaching, serving, and working alongside other leaders. Youth ministry gave me opportunities to encourage young people as they developed their faith and made decisions about their lives.
My outreach experience also included serving at the Dream Center in Decatur, the Downtown Rescue Mission in Huntsville, and within the Huntsville community.
Family and responsibility
The life we're building together.
While serving at Phillips Tabernacle Primitive Baptist Church under my father, Elder Archie Emanuel, I met Geri.
We married in November 2011 and have two children. Our marriage has required commitment and growth. I value the life we continue building together and the responsibility of being present for my family.
Changing Lives Ministry
Founding a ministry, then a new direction.
In 2016, I founded Changing Lives Ministry. The ministry held its first worship service on August 7 of that year.
In August 2021, I appointed Minister Jarvis Jamar as lead pastor and moved from the Huntsville area to Jacksonville for a career opportunity. That transition changed my responsibilities and became another part of my growth.
A new church community
Continuing to serve and grow.
My family began attending The Father's House Kingdom Ministries in October 2022 under Overseer Larry Burton Jr. and Pastor Teresa Burton. We became partners the following month.
In October 2024, I was elevated as an ordained deacon and licensed minister. My service has included evangelism and outreach alongside Geri, prayer and altar ministry, Bible study teaching, and worship service facilitation.
Making music as Sanctifyd Preacha
Another way to share the journey.
In December 2024, I released my debut single, "I'm Different," as Sanctifyd Preacha. Music became another way to express my faith and share part of my journey.
I AM Different brings together the experiences and convictions behind that journey. I want people who have questioned their value or direction to find encouragement to keep growing.
