I AM Different - The Message - Live With Purpose. Your differences do not disqualify you. FAITH. IDENTITY. GROWTH.

The Message

You can be different and still move forward.

Feeling different can affect how you see yourself — and it doesn't have to stop you from taking your next step.

Feeling different can affect how you see yourself.

You may stay quiet because you expect rejection. You may compare your progress with someone else's. You may avoid an opportunity because you have already decided you will not fit.

I AM Different encourages you to examine those beliefs and take your next step with faith and responsibility.

Recognize your value

Your age, background, or differences do not tell the whole story of what you can contribute.

You can acknowledge where you struggle while recognizing your abilities, experience, and capacity to learn.

Give yourself an honest assessment. Include what you do well.

Develop your character

Accepting yourself includes taking responsibility for your actions.

Keep your word. Admit when you are wrong. Listen when someone offers helpful correction. Treat people with care.

These choices give your growth practical meaning.

Make room for your season

A teenager deciding where they belong faces different pressures from an adult raising a family or someone adjusting to retirement.

Your responsibilities may change. Your need for connection, purpose, and growth still matters.

Start with the life you have today. Identify one area where you can make a useful change.

Keep faith connected to action

Trusting God can include asking for help, learning a skill, having a difficult conversation, or following through on a commitment.

You do not need every answer before taking a responsible next step.

We never fail with God, We only excel with God.

Take one step today

Choose your action. Set a day. Follow through.

Name one belief about being different that has held you back.

Write down one action you can take this week. Make it specific enough to complete.

You might ask for guidance, finish an application, reconnect with someone, or begin a task you have delayed.
